Analysis of Feed Production Market in Russia

In May of this year Russia produced 1,813 thousand tonnes of animal feed, an 8%
rise on May 2012, according to a report by the Russian Federal Static Service. Poultry feed production rose by 7% to 1,075 thousand tonnes, pigs by 18% to 569 thousand tonnes, while cattle feed production was 160 thousand tonnes, an 11% drop on May 2012.

Cow Feed Pellets
For 11 months of the current season Russia produced 19.3 million tonnes of animal feed, which is 11% more than the same period last season. The volume of production of pig feed increased by 23% to 6.1 million tonnes. Experts predict that by the end of the current agricultural season Russia will produce more than 20 million tonnes of feed a first time record.

Due to the great demand of feed pellet, it is a good opportunity to invest animal feed production. Dedicated to providing animal feed pelletizing solutions for 12 years, Amisy Pellet Mill Machinery is ready to make perfect project for any scale feed pellet plant. The feed pellet production line can be used to make various poultry feed and aquatic feed for rabbits, ducks, cattle, chickens, sheep, pigs, pigeons, fishes and shrimp etc. The whole production line can be control by the automatic PLC control system.

Feed Pellet Grading Sieve

The common feed pellet grading sieves have two types: vibrating feed pellet grading sieve and rotary feed pellet grading sieve. Grading sieve is a necessary equipment for feed pelletizing plants. I will introduce rotary feed pellet grading sieve as the following.

Rotary feed pellet grading sieve is designed to sieve and grade feed pellets or the intermediate products after secondary crushing. It can also be used to clean the raw materials for pelletizing. The grading sieve usually has two or three sieving layers, with good sieving and grading effect. Customers can choose the suitable one according to their need.

Rotary Feed Pellet Grading Sieve
How does the Feed Pellet Rotary Grading Sieve Work?
The screening effect is important for the quality and output of feed pellets. In order to improve the yield and reduce the power consumption during pelletizing process, some pelletizing plants use the feed pellet mills with large die diameter. Then they crush the large pellets into smaller ones. The crushed pellets should be graded to separate out the fine powder and large pellets, and get the qualified pellets at last. The rotary grading sieve is equipped with two sieve layers. The large pellets on the upper screen will be crushed again; the qualified pellets are in the inter-layer; and the powered or small particle materials under the lower screen will be pelletized again.

Feed Pellets for Ducks

Duck gets more popularity around people due to the features of easy digestion, rich vitamin B, E and niacin content.

Now breeders are more inclined to using feed pellets to raise ducks. Duck feed pellets should consider the ducks' living condition, feed ingredients, nutrition value, production property etc.
Feed Pellets for Ducks
Breeders should fully utilize the local feed ingredients which have nutritional value and low price so as to reduce production cost. The varieties of feed pellets should be as much as possible in order to make nutrition comprehensive. Some people think the more nutritional the feed pellets the better the ducks. Actually it is wrong because all poultry's feed intakes rely on feeds’ energy level. Ducks intake less feed pellets which have high energy level; and when feed have low energy level the feed intakes will increase. Therefore the feed pellets’ protein and energy proportions should be balanced otherwise it causes innutrition or overnutrition and feed pellet waste.

General Introduction to Diesel Flat Die Feed Pellet Mill

Diesel Feed Flat Die Pellet Mill
Diesel feed flat die pellet mill is designed for small-scale production, particularly for homeowners and small-scale producers to make pellets for animal feed pellets. The diesel flat die pellet mill can run smoothly and with few noises, especially popular in the electricity lacking areas.

Features of Diesel Flat Die Feed Pellet Mill
  • Visible chamber design makes the pelleting process clear and visible, so it is convenient to solve problems in time.
  • Adopt screw-center adjusting pressure structure which makes flat die pellet mill more practical.
  • Driven by a diesel engine makes feed pellets production available in the rural area with shortage supply of electricity.
  • Equipped with the clutch and accelerating-decelerating device to change its speed.
